Your deposit is fully* refundable if:

• Weather conditions don't allow us to go out
• Any medical condition that happens during the days before the activity up to 24 hours before our meeting time.

We can't refund if the cancellation it's less than 24 hours before the activity or without any medical proof.

​

But we Will try to always find a solution as rescheduling or using as a credit for another tour.
