Your deposit is fully* refundable if:

• Weather conditions don't allow us to go out
• Any reason as long as the cancellation request is made 24 hours before our meeting time*.

We can't refund if the cancellation it's less than 24 hours before the activity or without any medical proof.

We Will try to always find a solution as rescheduling or using as a credit for another tour during your vacations days.

 

* Please note that during the high seasons of the year we need you to cancel or reschedule 7 days in advanced due to the high demand on our services.
